It is I got super out of shape with having my daughter. They put me on bed rest at like nine weeks so I couldn’t do anything@samueltyler2

@Soramarie wow, at 9 weeks or for 9 weeks? I hope both the baby and you are okay. I wish you luck. When my eldest daughter got married we had a photographer. Once we got the photos unrealized tjatbinwas FAT. I went on weight watchers and lost 40 pounds. It is now 20 years later and I am still at the post weight watcher weight.

I love weight watchers I just can’t afford it right now. But I no at nine weeks. Put me on bed rest we are both fine it was just a rough pregnancy

@Soramariethat was a long time to be in bed. WW has less expensive, on line programs, but you can also sort of do it yourself. I don't go to any meetings any more. The new point system allows you to eat unlimited fruits and vegetables, so as long as I watch my portion sizes and don't overdo it with sweets, I have been able to stay light.

How old is the baby?

[@She is 15 months and I am just getting to the point where I have started like working out and really focusing on it again. So I’m hoping to get down relatively quickly I’ve looked online but honestly what I’m doing is working at this point so

@Soramarie by working, you mean ack to work earning money? then yes, it is difficult to fit everything into a daily routine, but exercise, I think, is a big part of weight maintenance. How far off is your BMI?

No I mean the weight-loss stuff that I’m using is working. And it’s working well alongside of going to the gym
