I Have Bi-polar Disorder
Recently been diagnosed with bi-polar and I hate it . I wondred why I have been feeling so crazy for years having really good days and then suicidal the next .

Yeah it's a roller coaster ride for sure.
At least you have the diagnoses and can move forward.
Meds will do the trick but it may take some time.
