I Battle Depression

I’ve been spiraling. I’ve been angry. I’ve been bitter.

I feel like I’m a walking emotional timebomb.

I’m not sure if this is a withdrawal symptom (it’s been a month since they started to wean me off my medication), or it’s just me, slowly breaking down. Events happening that are stressing me out so I really can’t tell.

I’m the same, and I assure you that these are all symptoms, along with other things like acute anxiety, drastic swings of mood from euphoria to despair, broken or poor sleep, lack of energy and enthusiasm and many more.
I know what you’re going through, and the fact that because you don’t look broken the assumption is that you’re not.
Might help to join a local help group and form a social support system to cushion the bumps along the way, as well as getting to know new people.
There are charities and caring people that can help. Probably not cure, but at least support and understand.
Thank you :) @Oneofthestormboys

I would be wondering why they are trying to wean you off your meds... if they worked then weaning them off may not be working for you... Important to report this to your docs
I made very significant lifestyle changes and went through therapy while being on them. I never wanted to be on medication for the long term. I was fine, but through unfortunate timing, things happened right in the midst of it so can’t have helped. The depression I can deal with, the bursts of rage is new to me.

Thank you, I will contact my doctor about this.

Definitely talk to your doctor. Don’t try and tough it out.
