I Fight Through Life Daily

The lawn was mowed for the first time this year today. One thing after another ensured that the job was put off. Unannounced visitors, the petrol being 'off' (whatever that means, except the mower wouldn't start), the discovery that the mower wouldn't start no matter what petrol was in it, buying a new electric mower then it raining non stop for six days, then a nice sunny day when some friends brought their hyper active child. Now it's done though. The grass looks nice. I can start snipping and tidying and pulling dead wood and leaves away. Bring on the warm weather

I should have noticed the use of the passive in the first sentence. BTW is looking someone in the mouth much the same thing as looking in someone's mouth? And does that expression mean that you don't need to check the teeth if your not paying for it, a proposition that has not served me well when it comes to romantic encounters.

I think it depends on whether your special someone still has teeth
