I made a mistake at work that effects people I care about deeply. In 30 years I have never felt failure so intensely.

@Vivaci no. It was something I needed to make sure was done before our season. I neglected to do so. Consequences will negatively effect my athletes. I have done this for years and don鈥檛 remember why I wouldn鈥檛 have this time. No excuse.
Everyone is supportive, which helps, but I am trusted and I let them down. I鈥檓 worried about them being discouraged.
