I Am Learning Russian
I am watching many Russian tv channels, mainly local and ethnic as many have lost their own native languages, the programs are in Russians. The language is usually simple as the issues are very common.

Yes they do. It does not take many generations in a big part monolinguistic environment like Russia, and many cultural associations are defined as foreign agents too.
