How awkward is it for a job post to ask YOU to include YOUR salary requirement for the job?

Heading over to google, don't know how to put this in a cover letter.

They should post their salary offer. Otherwise, they are looking for slave labor and are not interested in the skills or value the applicant can bring to their business.
