What do you like to bake most?

[i][c=#BF0080]I prefer cookies, but can do other things. Made these recently for my closest cousin who is in a physical rehab. Her birthday is coming up and she really wanted our family’s butter cookies. I made a few others too. All from scratch. Butter, Pistachio, Almond and Pignoli.

Mostly bread and cakes when it’s not too hot to use the oven. Tapioca Cheese rolls are a favorite, not my photo but you can get an idea of them.

these are peanut butter cookies, easy to make

And these are some yeast rolls, I like making them, the recipe is fairly easy.

@MellyMel22 They are so easy to make, you blend them up in a blender and pour them in greased mini-muffin pans to bake. Really easy & tasty too. You can use any type of grated cheese, mozzarella or cheddar or blends. They’re so good that they can be addictive.

Can't say I bake. But I sometimes cook pizza and noodles. I could learn and experiment more but it requires alot of time.
