If i need to microwave anything because i'm tired i stick with microwave frozen vegetables then make myself a low fat protein shake. It's not ideal on a regular basis but it's a lot healthier than those junk microwave meals.
The only quality tasty frozen dinner I've tried are Stouffer's lasagna or Lean Cuisine turkey and sweet potato. The turkey is real and the sweet potatoes are yummy! I have a piece of bread and butter on the side and it's not bad.
