The Brits would tell you that malt vinegar goes well with fries. I like them plain with salt, but I have seen people dip them in melted cheez wiz, and also dip them in onion dip.

@MethDozer I've only tried it once with cheese sauce, but I liked it. I was told it was weird to have just cheese sauce and no chili with it though. Not sure how true that is lol
