Yup. Halve and destone the apricots, put them in a wide pie dish and souse them in brandy and brown sugar. Calvados will do. Sprinkle with a tiny bit of salt. Next, the crumble topping. Chop up an handful of walnuts and add to two handfuls of porage oats, a handful of dessicated coconut, a handful or so of jumbo oats, a quarter pack of butter, a huge handful of brwon sugar, and a large pinch of salt. Mix it up quite roughly, dob the topping over the apricots and put it in a hot oven for 25 minutes. It isnt proper crumble, but you really won't mind
