I'm glad you understand that this is not a healthy coping method.
Personally I suggest exercise. Endorphins are amazing at making you feel better - and are one of the things that draws people to self harm to begin with.
Plus nothing like being physically tired for getting a good night of sleep.

🤗 I know how you feel, but it won't solve anything. If you want to talk then I'm here (if you want). But just know that while it may not seem like it now, there is a way through this.
