First, cut down on salty foods. Drink lots of water. That will help with any extra water weight you are retaining.
There are many easy things to do to lose that amount of weight. Take stairs instead of elevators. Walk the last six blocks to work. Park at the far side of the parking lot when you go shopping instead of the nearest spot. Take fresh fruits and veggies instead of a sandwich for lunch. These are all small changes, but they will contribute to the weight loss, and you'll do it properly. No fads.

@Serenitree: thx for suggestion.
I had started morning walks for 2-4 km but due to tight work schedule regularity is missing.
I will definitely try for reducing salt intake

@Ajkabd: just the few blocks between car and work, and using stairs instead of elevator is also a big help if done regularly. As for shopping, the far side of the lot is an easy do as it's not usually done on your way to work.

@Ajkabd: I'm a nag. I have grandkids your age. I've been a nag for many years. I've had lots of practice.
