I Want To Improve My Fitness

Need suggestions. My balance is messed up a bit and right side is weakened. I do fall a few times a week while walking so running and jogging is a bad idea, no access to a pool, or gym unfortunately.

I do wobble board for improving balance (proprioception) and strengthen my feet, ankles, calves, thighs, hips, butt and lower back.

I am dropping weight though I don't think it's enough exercise. I'm seeing no muscle building and no tone in my legs or anywhere for that matter. Dont really care about hitting a target weight but going for strengthen my body and improving on the balance.


I'm not dieting but do stay within 1200 to 1700 calories a day and burn more then that each day.

Any recommendations on what I could add to exercise, that won't pose a fall risk would be helpful.

Haven't got a stationary bike yet. Feel they take up too much room and while it would help with cardio feel it isn't as versatile in regards to use. Did find a piece of equipment that I think may help with balance and stability to do standing exercises though. That is called a yoga trapeze swing has support handles so should be able to do deeper squats, lunges, some stretching, and inversion with less fall risks by using trapeze swing for stability.
