I Have a Mental Illness
Who all are going through mental illness ? Or depression and anxiety ? What happens when you go through it ?

I have multiple mild mental illnesses from extreme childhood abuse and genetics, and I could never explain this to someone who doesn't go through it. Those who don't struggle just don't see the world quite the same way as those who do struggle,so there just isn't anyway to share what this is like. 馃
