I thought i might but im not sure anymore. My moods swing by the hour and dont last for weeks like bipolar disorder.

@DisgruntledWookie That could be rapid cycling. It’s a type of bipolar.
@BellaLocura But i dont think ive ever been manic. I just switch from happy and productive to mad and depressed. Also something usually causes the switch. I dont just change moods randomly.

@DisgruntledWookie well i’m not a doctor but you would definitely know if you had it ; bipolar 2 is just hypomanic and depressed states that cycle and all bipolar symptoms are triggered by stress. managing stress is the game changer. go get a proper psych evaluation if you are on doubt. cheers
