hey!! I have bipolar disorder and most days I manage it pretty well...but its been kicking my ass the last 4 days and am in a low grade depression. hbu? you feeling high or low?

@BellaLocura just read your other comment here...but have you been diagnosed by a psychiatrist. If you have depression a sure fire way to find out if you have BP is if they recommend an anti-depressant like prozac.....if you are just depressed you'll feel better....if you have bipolar it will trigger mania.....then
