I Love Old Buildings
There is something about entering an old house ,especially a derelict one ...you can see how they used to live and find clues to their way of life and it takes you back to that time...it's fascinating

I agree and have some treasured childhood memories of looking in a few long abandoned homes with my parents. Recently, I've enjoyed browsing through pics and video of "urban explorers". It is intriguing to wonder about the reasons for abandonment. The few homes which I saw as a child had been in an area bought out and mostly turned into a public recreation lake, beach, trails, etc. They were in the woods and rarely (if ever) found by visitors though.
