I Support Body Positivity

It's just me who can't understand why people show here their naked bodies, usually full frontal nudity under "body positivity" topics? I accept it, just don't get it.

Guys please... body positivity is not about showing your nude body online... it's far from that. That is called exhibitionism, but it a shyish type of exhibitionism TBH, because we don't know you in real life...

Of course body positivity is about accepting your body as it is. It has a lot to do with your nude form, but it has nothing to do with showing your nude body to anybody out (t)here. If you have the guts and you feel comfortable to show other people your nude body, it's a great thing and it's a really liberating feeling, but showing your nude body online is not that...

And I know what I'm talking about... I was a really shy guy two decades ago so I had to make huge efforts during my 20's to accept myself and my own body. I know that in this effort I went from one extreme to another, but at least now I can accept myself...

Showing your nude bodies here as "body positivity" is nothing to do with that. Especially if your looks are (far) above average.

Body positive is feeling positive about yourself/physical self. Not posting it for the world to objectify and download.

@SW-User I can see your point.

Though, for the guys with six packs that post full frontals on these posts, isn’t it possible that maybe they have other reasons for wanting affection? I mean, it’s not like there are many that are posting pics with raging erections.

@HannahSky so, you don’t understand sarcasm.

Gotcha.

Go read some of my other posts and even if you don’t, do yourself a favor and try not to take things out of context.

@JoeyFoxx look even a guy/gal with great body could have huge problems with his or her own phisical form, and they would need positive feedback too, but it's not common. If you have great body, and you need positive feedback even here, than you are narcissist, and it's another type of issue. ;)

I think it's exhibitionism in a place where is not done to go eeeeew when you see such pictures. 😅

@VeganNudist yes, but showing your nude body online is pure exhibitionism, nothing more.

hahaha ... I like to show my legs ... I don't think it's bad
I know you like it ... my friend
SW-User
@Darina yeah, but... you don't need positive feedback because you have great legs. You've never be ashamed before because of your legs... So it's just... you just like to show off your legs, it's not body positivity. I think.

Body positivity is when you accept your body as it is, even if it's not perfect. But you have perfect legs, you know. ;)
