I really like to barbecue meat and veggies. Problem is That I like things burnt on the outside and rare in the middle. My doctor says neither burnt meat or rare meat are both some health risk. So I don't have it as often as I'd like, but still continue to "imbibe". FYI, even with a gas grill, outdoor cooking in freezing temperatures doesn't work well.
