I Am Trying to Drink More Water Every Day
I've been trying to up my intake, I heard its good for your skin as well as just being generally healthy but I'm finding it difficult 😩
When I get to mealtimes I don't feel like eating much as I'm already half full from drinking.
No-one has the 'recommended' 8 glasses a day, right??
