Yes you can! They are trained to help men, especially those with a secret!
Well it's not just that I might see someone I know so maybe in another area or something but not near here

I understand! But so what if someone knows! I've found later in life people respect you more for being courageous and being yourself. And later in life when you have that courage you'll wish you had it back then. I regret not doing a lot of things when I was young that I do easily now.
