I have ADHD too, and I learned when I was 19 to 20 how to keep from over drafting.
Here is how I did it then and do it now.
If I buy an item with my ATM card say for $59.87. I keep the receipt and when I get home I deduct $60.00 from checking account. If you do this with every check or ATM purchase you will know you have not over drawn your monthly income. And more time than not after a month or two of this I find that through deducting the higher rounded up amount. That I have one to two hundred or more dollars in my account at the end of the month or two. That becomes either bill pay off extra cash or a new pair of shoes or what ever, or let it ride until you really need it. I hope this may help you avoid the over draft fees simply and easily like it has for me.
The change sounds small, but you will be shocked what it adds up too in a month or two or more. Especially if you do this with every bill you pay too ( All things ).
