I could really use someone to talk to. Sigh. I stopped talking to my ex abuser and this is one of the most difficult things ever. :'( Hes violent and makes threats. :(

Isn't is ironic that we can miss those who abused us? You are doing the right thing by not talking to him. Report him if he threatens you or get a restraining order.
