I Work Even When I'm Not At Work

ehh I'm starting to think I have got into the wrong field of work. Its so emotionally draining and is making me miserable being around people who are mentally ill and wanting to help them but there are so many stupid rules that help almost becomes impossible.
I go home every day from there feeling really sad. I don't know what to do

Sorry to hear that miss plum. Sounds like you need to go into a different line of work. If it's emotionally draining. Then you need to find another job. Jobs should always be fun
