How do you react when someone hurts you badly?
I just have an overwhelming urge to hurt them back. It’s a terrible part of me and one that I try to fight every time but it doesn’t always work out.

I would try to figure out why.. it's the wrong answer. It usually leads to a dead end with then blaming the other person. It's a difficult dead end to be at. Depending on the circumstances and how much forethought they put into this painful action, reciprocating might be the only relief if that type of thing helps you..😔
