How do you react when someone hurts you badly?

I just have an overwhelming urge to hurt them back. It’s a terrible part of me and one that I try to fight every time but it doesn’t always work out.

At first it hurts me and I feel very sad.

Then I get angry... and they better stay away from me or face the wrath.

A block button in real life would be epic. 😁
