I Care Too Much

I admit that I do care too much about things that are irrelevant and things that don't matter anymore, but that's only because people have said certain things about me that I disagreed with and didn't like. I let them get to me and well...I got all frustrated.

damn ego. we have to realize that our brain is sending us messages that aren't relevant, like you said. It spins the same story programmed to us since childhood. We have to step back, say: 'Letgo my ego' and just listen to: 'The Tragicallly Hip' or someone
