I Am Going Through A Hard Time

I've been cutting myself again. It's been a while. Everything's happening all at the same time & I don't think I'll be able to take much more. Every day, I look somewhere & I see a potential way out. I need help. Why do I have to feel like this? It sucks, and it hurts.
