I Am Sick and Tired of Being Sick and Tired
It's time for change! Drinking alcohol until deep into the night, waking up tired past noon skipping breakfast and lunch, and not accomplishing anything doesn't work for me anymore. My plan is to set alarms to go to bed and wake up at reasonable times, eat 3 meals a day, get some projects over with and work on long term projects every day afterwards.
It will take some experimentation to find what times to go to bed and get up work for me and how much I can accomplish without exhausting myself, but I am going to work towards a semi-fixed schedule.
