I'm down 22 lbs now

I was visiting the eye doctor the other day (because I had my optic nerves slightly damaged a year ago), and I need to visit another city to do that - on the bus I first noticed I didn't have to struggle to put on the belt, and at the Drs. appointment I wasn't almost too fat to sit in the chair like last time I was there!! 😃 Makes me feel better about my body 😊

It is great to see such REAL signs of progress like the seatbelt, the chair at the eye doctor's office, right? That is not just "wishful thinking"--it's showing you some of the REAL results of shedding some pounds. I hope this helps fuel your determination to lose more.

@SomeMichGuy yes it is, unfortunately I was walking too much every day and hurt myself again 🙄 I gave up, and focused on phasing out my psych meds because I struggled with maintaining a calorie deficit because of those. I'm back at it again since January 12th and have lost 12 pounds. The meds were completely out of my system in October but I wasn't ready because of my laziness when it comes to food that I've had for the past 3 years.
