continuing walking every day, and doing crunches some times a week, I'll get back into shape. This is me now. A little bit bloated today, but whatever 😉 I know I have come far in these past 3.5 weeks.

It is important to focus on the food you are eating also

@SW-User I know, I do. My only downfall is that I eat sweets, but I get 1000 kcal off from exercise most days, so I'm not too worried about that.
