I Started A New Amazing Weightloss Journey

I'm almost there i can say its been a long time, I've had lost wieght in the past i kept gaining it back because i would stop and get bored exercise and dieting. Now i found new ways. I drink like 2 gallons of water a night then when i woke up it looks like i lost atleast 1 pound feels like i lost 10 pounds just drinking water. Now my bodys healing naturally the water was making me really tired. I started to feel hungry alot. I'm gonna try not to eat as much to fight the hunger bangs try to stick with fruit and vegetables and other healthy food. I'm afraid i dont want the weight to creep right back. I know losing weight real fast can make me more hungry but i look at it like a detox cleanse of getting all the fat out of my body and adding new healthy things there.
