I Started A New Amazing Weightloss Journey

Hello everyone, Hope you are having a beautiful day! Yesterday I joined a nutrition center called Ideal protein. I feel like this diet is perfect for me! I'm so excited to start a healthy lifestyle. I want nothing more than to be the best version of myself I can be. Now this first week is going to be toughest of all. I'm going to need a lot of support!

First day 10/17

Breakfast: Had an ideal protein chocaolate shake.
