I Started A New Amazing Weightloss Journey

I am emotionnally unstable and have an eating disorder I sometimes can't control. I put on a lot of weight those two last years and decided to pull myself together.

Today is my day 3 of a 10 day diet ! I eat 900 calories per day during those 10 days. I can already see my weight dropping😊
I don't feel really hungry more like having difficulty putting food in my body but it's okay 🙂 i still force myself to eat.

I will slowly increase to 1200 calories after that and add exercises.
Not sure of what exercises to do, probably will start with running 🤸🏻‍♀️

Would gladly take any advice 🤗

Also, if there are other people who take a weightloss journey, it would be awesome to motivate each other 😚

Just take it easy and don't stave yourself, you will loose weight in time

I actually don't feel hungry, more like weightless ^^ Also I was scared of feeling weak and sleepy, but I don't. It does really makes me feel well ☺️@Wishingwellguy
