I "Got The Belt" When I Was A Kid

I got the belt, and give the belt! It's an effective method of eliminating attitudes and back talking.

From what I've read on here, the belt is usually what dads' use. Interesting to see a mom break the norm!

@NortiusMaximus I didn’t have sisters, but did have a girl cousin who lived near and was often at our house, if she got into trouble mum gave her the slipper.

@jackcros I had girl cousins who got the slipper too. It was pretty much standard practice to be spanked by relatives and even some friends' parents as well as by our own parents.
