not a lot is keeping me from running away right now i swear i am so tired of having to answer when people ask what my plan is, as if i know the answer to that.

I used to fucking hate it when people asked me this question. For some reason, society has all these expectations that you MUST have a nice place to live, a good paying job, a car, and have ALL your shit together, AND on top of it, everyone assumes that as a gay man, I will be forever lonely if I don't have a steady boyfriend leading to marriage. I swear, I'm going to quit my job one of these days and buy a nice RV to live out of and travel in and say FUCK all these expectations that people have!!

You'll be okay. At your age everyone sticks their nose where it doesn't belong. They will stop asking questions eventually.
Besides the majority who "have a plan" often change it anyway. No rush but when your ready. Might help to think about what out type of lifestyle you want out of life, from there make realistic goals to get there.
