I Am Lost In Life

I know exactly how you feel. Don't know your situation but take you some YOU TIME... I'm sure you have people that love you very much. This life is really hard but I try really hard to step up and say oh I'm going to find something joyful. And there is joy. I'm learning it's all a state of mind. The mind can be your worst enemy if left untamed. All the what if's and why's... Be kind to yourself. Best wishes
