How do you start a difficult conversation with a boss?

At what point do you need to tell your supervisor work makes you want to stabb yourself in the neck? I mean I'm not actively suicidal and dont need any hotlines. But is there a point where that conversation needs to be had?

Yes, you need to have that conversation. If you don't have a Human Resources person, talk to your supervisor. As a manager, I would want to know. Maybe I could help.
