I Love My Profession

I Can Only Say Please Trust Your Doctors, They Are Human Too... i am in india these days , and i went to meet an old friend of mine in a prestigious hospital run by govt the govt. At the entrance i saw people mourning over death of their relative, that was an accident case, i felt bad too but what made me sad that they were blaming doctors for not providing emergency medical treatment.

I request you people that we always try our best , but please remember that we are not god we are human too and understand your emotions and respect them. So please try to think

U r rite. Bt all r nt same. I myself have experienced that one frnd of mine had been admitted in hospital after accident and he died bt doctors of the hospital told us after two daysof his death. They even dint let us enter the room where he had been kept lest the matter shdnt be opened. Wt will u say such so called doctors?

yes wht galadabau said and love toads had said is 99% right and this has been happened to me too. the doctor had done an uterus operation and without testing abt it anything he just said the ur mother will be fine now .
but after that operation my mother started getting ill day by day and finally when started checking her again , we come to know that she is having uterus cancer and she is just having 6 months to live ,the doctor who had done the operation had flew to dubai n settled there. my mother live for almost and yrs and a half and on diwali time on lakshmi pujan day n on puja time she got expired in 2004...we done a police complaint against them but as the docts r in dubai so could not happened anything . and also as he is the doctor in whose hospital the operation was held is also free only court proceeding is going on and we r getting date pe date that's it now tell me u all guys wht to so.....?

Sorry to know abt tragic end of ur mother frnd. Bt such persons mst b taught lesson. I think u had got lodged FIR against said doctor. Dint u file private complaint against him?

yeah but the case is running in court and proceeding is on progress but we r just getting dates and i think it will take a long time to fight against them....!

Can u tell me at which stage ur case is? And which State do u belong? Since I myself am in legal job, may be it is of some help to u.

well as to say abt the case i really dont know the case no. and its statistics as i was very young at that time and the case is flied on my elder sisters name..
i m from mumbai india . and where r u from n as wht in legal profession .... but if u want i can take out the details... but it will take time dear ....!

OK. I m in Haryana. I think there is some communication gap btwn ur counsel, if any and ur elder sis bcause normally such cases dont tk so long time. I think u shd contact ur counsel and get the latest update of ur case.
