A rich salad of green and red leaves, lollo rosso, Swiss chard, roquette, watercress, cucumber, onion, peppers, jalapeno, tomato, ham or chicken, bacon crispy, feta cubes, anchovies, radicchio, celery, rose petals, oh where shall I stop!
