We the people need to take control of what we are doing.

all a joke - no such thing as being green - you can recycle which is good but it ends there -

@Platoscave yea - it really doesn't on the grand scale of things going green is useless. Its a nice concept but alt power sources for instances need to be investigated and used.

@MarmeeMarch Alternative power sources are a MAJOR part of the Green New Deal. The goal is sustainability. "Green" is the controlling metaphor.

@Platoscave But what are they - electric cars don't do anything for the environment. Solar power is good but you need a large surface area and you need nighttime.. Wind is better but only if there is wind. So what other sources - BTW the energy and waste and contaminates that go into making a battery is disgusting.

@Platoscave Energy aint free - coal - nuclear - hydroelectric- oil is all better than hippie solar and hippie wind. If I had a better one than the above we would be having this conversation on my yacht.
