I Have Worked In The Hells Of Customer Service

I’m still working the same fast food job I had 13 years ago, before I went to a prestigious college and got my bachelors degree. Unfortunately I never found a job in my field, and can’t afford to pay back the student loan debt. Every time I find a different job, I have to keep a hold of the fast food one because the other job doesn’t always work out...but I believe that having a job is better than having no job, so I’ve stayed. It’s starting to get to me because I’m getting older and not accomplishing anything.

Student loans are the new mill stones around our economic neck. It's like the "company store" in the plantation/factory town days.

Find something that fits your passion and start at the bottom. Its a lot easier that way.

@PoisonLace I've heard of that. But I think you have to send it registered mail to yourself.

@PoisonLace Regarding "copyright". I would encourage anyone dealing with document to visit the US copyright website:

https://www.copyright.gov

The fees for registering copyrights aren't extreme and the effort within the DIY category ($35 I believe). There's a difference between "published" and "unpublished" material, and the website explains how to handle each. While registration may not be required, it's a way to establish ownership, like proof of ownership. Without it, it's just one's claim of ownership and more at risk of infringement. Like if someone steals your car, having a certificate of registration and state title for that car helps :)

Copyright laws are always changing and being re-interpreted so going to the copyright website should get one as close to the horse's mouth as possible.

Thank you for that information. @Heartlander

I believe that colleges who take money for student loans should have to co-sign on them.
That sux.
