I Think Being Nice Is Important

There are too many mean people in this world. As the older I get the more I realize that if you try to be nice to people & they're still mean. It's not worth your time or effort. I love to make people smile & laugh. Best quality about me. Even know I could be down, I will make the ones around smile. Love this site bc I can vent but also make people laugh. If you need a friend or need to talk. DM or respond here

I SO agree with 'if you try to be nice to people and they're still mean it's not worth your time..' I try to make others smile too or lift them up...it seems they don't really care. Some of them don't even reply to me while making plans, even fam. members now take days to get back to me. I think it's b/c i was TOO Nice.. maybe they think I'll just take whatever they feel like doing and be peachy keen about it. Well I"m not.. I'm human too and it doesn't feel good :( Ty for a story that expresses that.. but, never stop making someone laugh, we all NEED that !!

@Coralmist I'm sorry that you feel that way. I have a few family members I am close with and friends. you know who they are if they are there when you need to pick you up. Sometimes laughing now the best medicine. Here if you ever feel down. Never feel like you're alone.

@McShay1978 Thanks M, I appreciate that. I don't feel I really have anyone to confide in, trust... my two friends are very self absorbed and black and white thinking on many topics; they don't seem to ever 'get' me b/c their life, honestly is filled with kind people who are there for them financially and emotionally. I don't have one person I can think of like that in my life.. :/ I'm glad u do have a few who u are close with, that is so gOOD. Ty again...🐕

@Coralmist never feel like you're alone. Sometimes it's best to talk to someone you don't know anyone you know bc they can be up front. Here if you need a ear to listen or shoulder to cry on
