Why Is Being Gay Considered “Amoral”? [I Am LGBT Friendly]

I could never grasp why being gay is considered an “amoral” act. Nor why people are homophobic in the first place. If God exists, and if God supposedly considers homosexuality a sin, then why is homosexuality so common not just in human beings but also in other animals? If it’s so allegedly unnatural, then why is it in our nature at all?

@Ingwe babies need care givers and food and if everyone has babies how will the caregivers supply food for the tribe's babies?

Think of it this way. Those who don't reproduce are available to help the tribe in other ways and increase the chances that the offspring that are born have a better chance in life. The species benefit.

Even in animals same sex couples can serve a function. They will sometimes take on parenting for abandoned or orphaned offspring for example.

So yes life needs babies but babies have lots of needs and if EVERYONE has a baby things would get hectic.

@RedBaron Gay people can even have babies. It's the 21st century, we have surrogacy, sperm banks, etc.
