I go on kicks for soft milk based (mozz or gouda), then off to creamy (brie or camambert) and finally hard provolone or manchego...and many in between...

Depends.... French soft cheese for nibbling, Italian hard cheeses for cooking... Too many varieties and uses

I LOVE Swiss cheese on a wrap with lettuce, onions & mayo!!!! I also LOVE Gouda, it's soooooo gouda with any kind of crackers!!!

Sharp and extra cheddar and the babybel in the red wax.

Any and all kinds, but with Wine 🍷😏😋
