I Dream a Lot

Dreams for me can feel so real especially when I dream about someone that is close to me. I can feel their touch on my skin and feel the deepness of the love I feel for them.

Dreams like this leave my heart feeling heavy and I question everything about the dream but can make no sense of it.

I dream intensely as well. Something that helps me is to consider whether I've dreamt of something that; a)I saw earlier that day, for instance on TV; b) something that I have a fear of; or c) there's a message there, for instance if I dream of an ancestor and what they might have been trying to tell me. In this way I can consider nonsense from something that might be meaningful, whether spirituality, if one is so inclined, or subconsciously. This is my method - hope it works for you! ❤
