I Dream a Lot

I dream intensely as well. Something that helps me is to consider whether I've dreamt of something that; a)I saw earlier that day, for instance on TV; b) something that I have a fear of; or c) there's a message there, for instance if I dream of an ancestor and what they might have been trying to tell me. In this way I can consider nonsense from something that might be meaningful, whether spirituality, if one is so inclined, or subconsciously. This is my method - hope it works for you! ❤

Dreams the window to your soul or over active imagination... subconscious? Interestingly for me i have never cheated on my gf and at the rare times when my dreams get a little frisky something always happens, be it a distraction or i wake... Who or what is powering dreams truly is a wonderful mystery.

My dreams usually are very vivid but they make no sense. Usually I’m not in them in a sense ,I’m more observing things happen. It feels like I’m watching a movie! That’s the best way to explain the way I dream.
