I Feel I Have Failed

All I've ever wanted was to live a normal happy life. To have a good childhood and teen years. to meet someone fall in love get married and just have a happy time. Before my grandfather passed I promised him that I wouldn't let the world's issues compromise my mind and that I would stand tall be an example of proof that good still exists in the world. But I failed him.I've been broken I wasn't strong enough. People always say I carry a weight that no man should have to carry alone I'm sorry to the people I pushed away. I did care about them I just didn't want them to see me like this.
