I Have Tinnitus

It's such a curse having T.. especially in one ear. My head feels so unbalanced. Trying to get through this.

@Nebula Thanks, it's an awful thing to have. I've had it for going on 5 years. The pitch has constantly changes in tones.

@Nebula me too, if only doctor's understood T more and can find something to help but so far they have nothing. I've given up on doctors at this point

Yeah, Ive tried every home remedy I can find too. Nothing helps

@Nebula I've even tried fastening to see if maybe certain foods or lowering salt can help and nothing. But I do know that caffeine causes it to spike in intensity so I stopped drinking coffee.
